Cucumber, Rosemary Gin & Tonic Recipe
With all that’s been happening around the globe with the Coronavirus, now is the time to stay indoors and try out all the fun recipes you’ve been collecting over the years and been wanting to make in the comfort of your home, including the one we’re about to add to your collection 😉 Today, we bring you an oh-so-refreshing, Cucumber, Rosemary Gin & Tonic Recipe. Follow the below instructions and you’ll be a next-level, G&T pro in no time! Here’s how:
Recipe makes: 1
What you will need:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lime
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- Hendrick’s Gin
- Tonic Water
- Ice
HERE ARE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS:
1. First, take your cucumber and peel one half, and slice your lime into eight wedges. In your highball glass, add three slices of peeled cucumber, 1 sprig of rosemary, juice from your lime wedge and add a desired amount of gin to your mix. Then, using the back of a spoon, muddle everything together.
2. Now, you will need to strain through a mesh strainer into a second highball glass. Add several blocks of ice as well as three slices of unpeeled cucumber. Top with remaining gin and tonic, and serve garnished with rosemary sprigs.
